Returns & Exchanges

Oscar de la Renta accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective dust bags and luxury boxes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all original hangers, garment bags, and security tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Merchandise

  Affix the prepaid UPS return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a complimentary pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
